The Program

The Mentor Program has been developed specifically for school/college alumni mentors/mentees. We provide a full suite of professionally developed manuals, training and guidelines for mentees and mentors undertaking the program. At the beginning of the program, we offer a launch event to confirm expectations, engage all parties, equips mentors and explain the process throughout the program. At the conclusion of the program, we hold a celebratory event and will later provide a comprehensive third party report for the school (including surveys from all participants).

We will provide all of the marketing materials to assist your alumni administration in promoting the program through your website, Old Boys/Old Girls Associations and Unions, email, magazines and LinkedIn Groups. We support you to gather the alumni engagement and attract the best.

We carefully review applicants and select the appropriate mentor/protege partnerships.

A 2 hour training program and discussion is held at the launch of the program to ensure that mentors and mentees are aware of their commitment, roles and responsibilities and the ongoing process for the duration of the program. Mentors will be equipped with new commercial best practice learnings around mentoring others.

We provide bespoke manuals and training materials.

We provide regular training emails to Mentors, and communicate with Mentor Program updates and success stories for your website.

The Mentor Program organises a formal review and 6 month mentorship program evaluation. We will provide a re-group and networking session with the mentors and mentees for 2 hours at the end of the 6 month trial period.
