Mondo Search understands the importance of nurturing a career right from the beginning and has established the Mentor Program which is designed to connect past students who hold years of experience and knowledge, with recently graduated students of the same alumni who are just starting out on their career and life journey. By facilitating our Mentor Program, we hope to inspire future leaders and continuously harness talent, in a comfortable and exciting environment with those that can relate to best!
Mentoring is one of the best ways to ensure that your alumni feel part of a community. A structured mentoring program promotes personal and professional development to rising talent in a strategic and supportive way, leading to added value and service.
Schools often struggle to maintain ongoing relationships with their Alumni, particularly those who are in their late 20s and early 30’s, managing life’s challenges. While there may be engagement amongst Alumni of all ages, there is no formal structure for any tangible re-engagement. That’s where The Mentor Program comes in. We connect and match leaders with up and coming proteges providing a rewarding experience at all levels and improving the sense of school community in the broader networks.
We have proven success delivering this service and managing the program ensuring a successful and engaging launch of the program; suitable matches between take place, effective training is provided, evaluation reports are provided and all feedback is recorded and assessed.
Continuing to grow and establish the sense of community within an alumni is extremely important. The Mentor Program not only does this, it alleviates time and resources from schools who simply don’t have the capacity to run a mentor program inhouse. Through the knowledge, experience and skillset provided by Mondo, we can ensure that the Mentor Program promotes personal and professional development to rising talent in a strategic and supportive way, leading to added value and service.
The benefits of The Mentor Program include: relieving time, expense and effort of school volunteers and employees in developing, running and evaluating a successful mentor program. This service also provides a third party objectivity in the selection of mentor/mentee pairings and in the management of the program, which increases the perception and reality of a quality and valuable support system for students once they leave a school.
