All reasonable expenses (including associated travel and accommodation costs) involved in the successful conclusion of the assignment will be on-billed to clients, post client approval.
PSYCHOMETRIC ASSESSMENTS (AS REQUIRED)
This is arranged through an independent service and if required, will be invoiced separately.
A replacement guarantee period applies for all placements for retained jobs. This means that should a candidate leave for reasons other than the job no longer being available or to it being a mismatch to the original brief, we will replace at no charge. The guarantee is subject to invoices being paid according to the agreed payment terms. Where work has commenced on a replacement assignment at no charge to the client, and the client employs a substitute candidate internally, from their own sources, or from any other organisation/agency then our replacement obligations are deemed to have been fulfilled.
Note that in the event of a free guarantee replacement, We will seek recovery of any direct costs (advertising, administration), however will supply consulting time free of charge.
The guarantee is subject to invoices being paid according to the agreed payment terms.
Penalty interest is payable on the 45th day after start date at a rate of 3% pcm.
If after being retained, the client cancels the assignment, then a fee to commensurate with work performed to the stage of cancellation will be payable. Between 25 – 50% of the total success fee.
If more than one candidate is appointed from a shortlist, an additional placement fee and other commercial arrangements for each additional appointment will be payable.
In the event that a Candidate is not employed by the Client in the position with respect to which they were introduced, however is employed by the Client within 12 months from the date of the sending of their details, in any other position, whether temporary or permanent, part time or full-time, or the same position is offered again within the said 12 months, then upon the occurrence of the said employment the Client is liable to pay the same fee had the Candidate been employed by the Client in the position for which the Candidate was originally introduced.. No Guarantee is applicable in this case.
