Linda is a serial entrepreneur, impassioned speaker and dedicated executive coach, whose purpose is empower leaders with the knowledge and tools to fulfill their highest potential as human beings, at work and in life.
She has over 20 years’ experience in leadership development training and coaching executives, entrepreneurs and athletes and holds an BA in Psychology & Industrial Relations from the University of Sydney, with a minor in Philosophy.
Linda an advocate of developing Emotional & Social Intelligence(ESI)to be an effective leader and to live a happy and meaningful life. She is an accredited Emotional Intelligence (EI) Coach, Master Practitioner in Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP)and qualified Clinical Hypnotherapist.
Linda founded her first start up FuturePeople in 2002, which she grew to ~$20M in annual turnover, initially as a recruitment business, placing over 30,000 people in employment and being recognized as Australia’s most awarded recruitment agency, before evolving into a consultancy providing advisory, leadership development and executive coaching solutions to corporates and federal government.
In 2018, Linda founded KLEU to develop a scalable solution to provide all employees with access to the benefits of an EI coach. KLEU is an award winning AI-powered digital coach which combines video, interactive simulation and gamification, with behavioural science to develop real capability to manage interactions with self and others.
Linda has been a featured speaker at conferences for organisations like Suncorp, AMP and PwC, the Chief Strategy Officers Summit, REFLECTFEST in Europe and the IMB Business School in Switzerland, as well as been featured in C-level publications such as The CEO Magazine and INTHEBLACK.
Linda is an alumna of the Entrepreneurs Organisation (EO), CEO Institute, fellow of the Customer Service Institute of Australia (CSIA)and Recruitment Consulting Services Association (RCSA). She has also held non-executive director (NED) board positions in the not-for-profit sector.
Linda lives in Sydney and enjoys spending time with the people she loves, expanding her mind, nurturing her soul and exploring the world.
