Our client is a highly successful and respected global book publishing distribution and services business.They are innovative and at the forefront of revolutionising the publishing industry.
They are seeking a highly motivated,and driven Senior National Account Sales Manager to represent the company in developing new, and existing customers across the APAC region.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and cultivate business with new and existing key accounts to drive revenue and profit margins within assigned territories.
- Maintain strong client relationships post-sale to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term partnerships.
- Stay abreast of industry and market trends, customer requirements, and competitive landscape.
- Collaborate with leadership to provide insights and recommendations based on market analysis and customer feedback.
Essential to succeed in the role:
- Ability to develop sales forecasts, set account and territory plans on an annual, quarterly, and/or monthly basis.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve deadlines and meet key deliverables.
- Critical thinking, time management and organisational skills
- Experience executing a sales-focused and customer-centric approach
- Proven track record in a previous sales role
- Knowledge,experience and a network in the book industry
- Relationship building and Interpersonal skills
- Technical skills to include MS office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams and PowerPoint)
- Tertiary qualifications
- At least 5 years experience in sales OR book industry
