Unfortunately redundancy or terminations are a natural part of what goes on in a business, so other than going to an out placement service, having their resume done, where else can you go. I can see your program will add an enormous amount of value. They are going to in shell shock. They may have challenges like age, gender, who knows against them. The service sounds wonderful.
