Marketing Manager – QSR

Reporting to the GM of Merchandise & Marketing, this role will see you lead and grow the development and execution of products and marketing strategies to continue business growth, retailer wealth, and brand equity.

The role will establish and maintain strong relationships with Executives, retailers, and suppliers to continue to grow the premium customer experience.

Taking responsibility for brand, financial performance, and leadership, this role will form a fundamental part of the continued success of the Brand’s future.

 Develop revenue generating marketing campaigns;
 Oversee the creation of all marketing material and communications, print and digital;
 Champion New Product Development to increase sales;
 Determine and manage the marketing budget and key performance metrics, reporting on investment return;
 Devising and implementing all Product and Channel marketing communications;
 Responsible for the implementation of digital strategies to meet business objectives and drive business growth;
 Managing external suppliers including creative, media and PR agencies;

Is This You?

 Background in a management level position from food retail or FMCG industries coupled with Tertiary qualifications in a relevant management/business discipline or equivalent industry experience essential;
 A QSR background will be highly regarded (i.e. McDonalds, Hungry Jacks, Subway, Nandos, Grill’d and Domino’s Pizza etc.);
 Strong attention to detail;
 Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
 Strong influencing and negotiation skillset;
 4+ years’ experience in marketing;
 Strong general knowledge of digital and general usability concepts and a genuine passion for digital industry;
 Familiar with SEO and SEM concepts and ability to question the relevant agency on their implementation and strategy; and
 Able to work autonomously and get hands on.
