Our Client, a highly successful and well established Business Services company is seeking a talented,engaged and driven Accountant/ Senior Accountant to join their  dynamic, professional team here in Sydney and  the Northern Beaches

Key Responsibilities 
You will be responsible for the processing and running jobs from start to finish and will undertake the following day-to-day duties:

• Preparation and lodgment of Tax Returns, BAS, Financial Statements and tax checklists for companies, trusts, partnerships, sole traders and SMSFs. 
• Construct and maintain working papers 
• Maintain clients’ asset register, adjusting journals and reconciliations
• Work on various consulting assignments and projects as required
• Opportunity for outsourced CFO and business advisory work including management accounting, board report packs, cash flow forecasting, budgeting, and succession planning

Essential to succeed in this role : 

• CA/CPA qualified with a minimum of 5 to 6 years’ experience in a professional services firm. 
• In addition, you will also have exceptional communication and leadership skills that will enable you to assist the team in delivering high quality client service at all times. 
• You will have come across a diverse range of clients and a variety of technical tax issues.
• You will be driven and looking to take advantage of the career opportunities that this role will provide.
