    Our client is a unique Australian artisan distillery producing distinctive and premium spirits.
    They are one of the fastest growing craft distilleries with a diverse product portfolio including a range of Australian Botanical Gins & Vodkas; and rich and complex Whiskies.

    The business is now wishing to appoint a Trade Marketing Manager with proven experience in a similar role in spirits, to lead the development of the portfolio brands strategy and drive market share and profit growth.
    Reporting to the Sales & Marketing Manager and leading a small team you will have the knowledge and experience to secure a greater share of the market using smart insights into growing key channels.

    Responsibilities Include:

    • Executing brand plans to maximise trade impact,
    • Build smart PR and Communications plans with key trade and media influencers
    • Brand management & trade activation execution strategies with astute budget management.
    • Create and execute innovative & exciting BTL in trade. ​
    • Developing portfolio strategy & ATL responsibility  
    • NPD – Finalise launch plans (communication) and create critical paths. 
    • Lead & drive focus spirits trade brand communication & activation plans. 
    • Monitor and adjust brand performance with smart strategy/activities based in key target group,tracking results and performance. 
    • Be key contact with all ATL/BTL media and agencies.
    • Collaborate with the sales team and be present in trade regularly to understand the market ensure brand activation is on track in channel and across category plans. ​
    • Responsible for sponsorships ROI and activation together with the sales team. 

    You you need:

    • 5 years experience in a Senior Brand Management role
    • Tertiary qualifications in Marketing or Business
    • Marketing strategy experience within the Spirits industry
    • Demonstrated ATL/BTL campaign development experience
    • BTL execution/ Trade Marketing experience
    • Proven ability to effectively use shopper Insights in planning
    •  Budget Management
    •  NPD/Innovation Process knowledge and experience in the liquor industry
