We are an incredibly exciting company in the PropTech space, we have strong financial backing matched with an enviable advisory board (representative of some of Australia’s strongest Real Estate companies).
With a compelling range of products and, a new product that is about to launch into the real estate market – This sensational role’s mandate is to: drive brand awareness, educate and most importantly find real estate offices, agents, valuers, and developers to sell our range of products and services to via our internal and external sales team. This role’s sole focus is volume and quality.
The Role – Sales Admin, Support & Development Manager
To be successful you will understand and be able to communicate the benefits of our business (after a thorough induction) and build interest in securing quality agencies, agents, valuers, and developers who are prepped and ready to use any or all of our products and services. This is a unique role where you will be required to manage inbound and outbound opportunities whilst working across the business with onboarding new and existing clients.  

  • Utilise your extensive network of Real Estate agents
  • Manage inbound leads, trials & opportunities 
  • Cold call prospecting to drive internal and external sales team members
  • Deliver results – drive and deliver performance against set goals
  • Drive awareness, educate and qualify and convert sales qualified leads
  • Customer/client retention


  • Min 2+years’ experience in the real estate industry
  • Licensed/or former Real Estate agent ideal
  • Experience in outbound/inbound prospecting in a highly competitive sector
  • Compelling sales personality, and a hunger to chase and uncover new leads and qualification to support the internal and external sales teams
  • Proven ability to develop effective relationships across multiple levels of organizations, from Directors to Agents
  • Proven experience in managing/working with a CRM
  • Previous experience in property inside software sales roles is highly regarded.
