    Key Responsibilities:

    Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective sales targets. Provide guidance, training, and performance feedback to ensure the team’s success.
    Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions. Identify new business opportunities and cultivate strategic partnerships.
    Market Analysis: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Utilize this information to refine sales strategies and capitalize on emerging opportunities.

    Qualifications and Requirements:
