    Reporting to the Strategic Initiatives Manager your role will be to ensure the social marketer field sales teams and all the Executive leaders  have all the appropriate sales support tools, systems and processes to maximise their contribution . Your role will be helping  them to achieve their sales targets by smart leadership, guidance, mentoring, reward & recognition programs.
    You will ensure the Social Media Marketers have all of the tools,  and inspiration necessary to grow, identify sales opportunities and build strategies to achieve great outcomes.
    You will also create extraordinary overseas experiences to reward the sales achievers success. 
    To succeed in this role you will

    • Possess highly developed business development strategy skills
    •  Proven ability to identify sales opportunities and build strategies to achieve profitable outcomes.
    • Highly skilled in account reviews and business management & analysis
    • Strong entrepreneurial style
    •  Ideally experienced in network marketing sales
    • Proven rewards and recognition program management experience

    The role is a full time role based in Adelaide with interstate and some overseas travel required.  This is an opportunity to work for a global natural health and wellness brand at the forefront of its field.  If you are interested and live outside Adelaide, please still apply as we would consider interstate applications who will work remotely and be able to attend company events as required in Adelaide.
