    Our client is seeking a dynamic, innovative, and highly experienced Head of Convenience to lead the development and execution of a national retail strategy. This pivotal role will drive the improvement of retail offerings, operational standards, and profitability across their convenience stores nationwide.
    The successful candidate will oversee retail compliance, marketing initiatives, and supplier negotiations, all while leading a high-performing team in a fast-paced environment.
    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and deliver innovative retail offerings to boost sales and enhance customer satisfaction.
    • Lead, manage, and coach site food operators and field leaders to ensure operational excellence.
    • Negotiate and manage supplier agreements, overseeing the buying team.
    • Ensure compliance across all operational areas to enhance profitability.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to implement nationwide programs and campaigns.
    • Drive continuous improvement in safety, service standards, and site performance.
    • Recruit, train, and manage franchisees and site operators to build a high-performance culture.

    Experience Required:

    • Proven leadership experience in large, multi-site retail businesses, preferably within FMCG or QSR sectors.
    • Strong expertise in supplier negotiations, marketing strategy, and retail operations.
    • Hands-on experience in implementing change and driving profitability.
    • Exceptional communication, leadership, and coaching abilities.
