We are seeking a passionate and creative Head Chef to lead our culinary vision and create memorable food moments that reflect the best of the region. This is a rare opportunity to shape the food experience at one of Orange’s most picturesque vineyard settings, where seasonal produce and wine pairings take centre stage.
About the Role: As Head Chef, you’ll oversee the kitchen operations, design seasonal menus, and collaborate closely with local producers and our winemaking team to deliver food offerings that complement our wines and elevate every guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire a small kitchen team with a strong focus on quality and consistency
• Develop and execute seasonal menus that champion local produce and pair beautifully with our wines
• Maintain high standards of food preparation, presentation, and hygiene
• Work collaboratively across the business to support events, tastings, and tailored dining experiences
• Manage kitchen budgets, supplier relationships, and stock control

What We’re Looking For:

• A proven track record as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a premium hospitality setting
• A passion for regional and seasonal cuisine with a creative, contemporary approach
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Experience in events and function catering is a plus
• A desire to be part of a passionate, close-knit team in a beautiful regional setting
