Field Development Manager AUNZ-Direct Sales

They are seeking to appoint a Field Development Manager, Australia & New Zealand, to cultivate and empower high-calibre leaders to drive sales success and sustainable growth. 

Reporting to the General Manager AUNZ, you will design and execute strategies to attract top-tier partners, strengthen existing relationships, and expand market presence.

You will

• Develop and deliver impactful education programs and organise events,meetings and leadership summits.
• Coach,challenge & elevate field leadership, empowering them to exceed goals and reach new heights.
• Craft & Implement Retention Strategies to sustain momentum and long-term success.

To succeed in this role you will

• Possess highly developed business/field development strategy skills
•  Proven ability to identify sales opportunities and build strategies to achieve profitable outcomes.
• Highly skilled in account reviews and business management & analysis
• Have a strong entrepreneurial style
• Ideally experienced in network marketing sales or franchise development
