National Property Data is an up-and-coming property technology business; with a focus on ground-breaking products for Property Professionals. We are currently seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to join our Sydney team.
The Opportunity
We are looking for a highly motivated, well-spoken, and professional Business Development Manager to join our sales team. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for managing inbound leads, whilst developing new leads through outbound prospecting via phone, email, social, door knocking, cold calling, and events where and when required. 
This role requires strong communication skills, and ability to work within a team, the ability able to build instant rapport. You will be a high achiever, a stickler for service, quality, and the ability to think outside the box to create and identify new opportunities.
The successful candidate will ideally have: 

  • Leverage an existing network of property professionals
  • Manage & develop sales opportunities within your allocated territory and sectors. 
  • Manage inbound leads as well as be comfortable with cold calling
  • Deliver results – drive and deliver performance against set goals
  • Drive awareness, educate and convert sales qualified leads
  • A Real Estate Licence (ideal but not a deal-breaker)

To apply please have a minimum:

  • 3+ years experience in a property related sales role
  • Experience in new business development in a highly competitive sector
  • Compelling sales personality, and a hunger to chase and close new business
  • Strong qualifying skills and an understanding of BANT
  • Proven ability to develop effective relationships across multiple levels of organizations, from Directors, Principals and to Agents
  • Proven experience with CRM software
  • Previous experience in property software sales in a similar role highly regarded.
